Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's greets customers, helps them locate and select home improvement products across departments, answers questions, processes orders and deliveries, replenishes stock, and may assist with loading merchandise. Responsibilities include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, cross-training in other areas, and preparing department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tinting and mixing paint, cutting and threading pipes, cutting wood, drywall, blinds). Requirements include basic computer and retail technology experience, ability to stand for extended periods, and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
