Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe’s focused on welcoming customers, helping them find products, and delivering friendly service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with locating and selecting merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, cross-training in multiple departments (Appliances, Hardware, Tools, Paint, etc.), and guiding customers through the shopping or checkout process. The role may involve preparing department merchandise (e.g., tinting/ mixing paint, cutting/assembling components), and performing other duties as assigned to support customer needs and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Six Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Six Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Able to stand for long periods and perform duties
- Able to minimally lift 25lbs
