Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, assist them with locating products, and provide professional service throughout their shopping experience. Key responsibilities include helping customers with merchandise, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-training in various departments, handling customer inquiries, and preparing merchandise as needed. Qualifications include 6 months of experience with computers and retail technology, along with basic arithmetic skills and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred qualifications include retail experience and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
