Job Summary
Retail Sales – Part Time Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on welcoming customers, helping them locate products, and delivering friendly, professional service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions, stocking and replenishing merchandise, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to ensure best-in-class customer service. The role emphasizes helping customers solve home improvement challenges, loading merchandise when needed, and maintaining organized displays while meeting department needs. Bilingual communication is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
