Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's part-time role across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find and select products, answering questions, loading merchandise when needed, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-training in other areas to deliver strong customer service. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials) (preferred)
