Job Summary
Conduct sales, customer service, and stock support tasks including re-merchandising the sales floor, assisting customers with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, and operating point-of-sale systems. Manage fitting room experiences by greeting guests, sorting merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and clutter-free. Handle stockroom organization, freight receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy. Support special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation as needed. Work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment involving continuous movement and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional heavier items.
Required Qualifications
- Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills

- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile)
- Operating a point-of-sale system
- Bagging items of all size
- Handling bulky sometimes heavy items including boxes
- Ensure a seamless and friendly experience
- Create a smooth fitting room experience
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Keep the stockrooms organized
- Ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Receive, unload freight
- Unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer's orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
