Job Summary
Build in-store displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers. Provide merchandising support by interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner while maintaining a safety-first mentality during physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Work independently with strong team-building skills, demonstrating excellent customer service and a bias for action. No prior experience is required as training and support are provided. Competitive wages start at $17.00 per hour with growth opportunities through internal promotions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
