Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs while maintaining a safety-first mentality in a retail environment. This role requires physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You must demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. Competitive wages of $17.00 per hour are offered with growth opportunities, and no prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
