Job Summary
Retail Sales Merchandiser role based in Stratford-upon-Avon, UK, working 2 hours per week with Fridays as shift days. Responsibilities include merchandising products to visual guidelines, receiving stock deliveries, maintaining store housekeeping, setting up promotional activities, and building strong relationships with host management to drive sales. The candidate should be customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude; tech-savvy for using multiple apps; and capable of working with a Team Leader for coaching and support. Requires access to own vehicle and a full driving licence; travel to stores within the local zone may be required. Perks include £12.71/hour, flexible hours, pension, life assurance, and training opportunities. Note: Christmas period is busy with no leave authorisation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required
- Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
