Job Summary
In-store, part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser in Cramlington (Northumberland) performing merchandising to visual guidelines, stocking deliveries, housekeeping, and setting up promotions across stores within the zone. Role involves customer-facing interactions, building relationships with store teams, and identifying opportunities to drive sales. Responsibilities include merchandising products, placing new stock, maintaining store standards, and supporting promotional activities. Requires a driving licence and access to a smartphone (Apple or Android). Shift pattern is 1.5 hours on Fridays with flexible hours within store opening times; travel between stores within the zone is expected. Compensation £12.71 per hour plus benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and employee development; training and long service recognition. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required
- Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
- Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up to date OS
