Job Summary
Retail Sales Merchandiser based in Yate (Bristol area) supporting in-store merchandising and stock deliveries across stores within the zone. Responsibilities include merchandising products to visual guidelines, stocking deliveries, maintaining housekeeping standards, setting up promotional activities, and collaborating with host management teams to drive sales. Requires customer-focused, friendly, professional attitude; experience in customer-facing roles and familiarity with fashion brands is a plus. Access to a smartphone (Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+) and willingness to work during store hours; role involves working alongside a Team Leader with coaching and support. Flexible hours during store opening times; note December is particularly busy and leave may be restricted during that period.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
