Job Summary
Retail Assistant role based in Spalding, delivering face-to-face customer service and in-store merchandising. Duties include merchandising products to visual guidelines, processing stock deliveries, maintaining housekeeping standards, setting up promotional activities, and collaborating with host management to drive sales. Requires access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence. Part-time, 2.5 hours per week on Fridays, with flexibility to work during store hours and potential travel to other stores within the zone; impactful coaching and support from a Team Leader; training and development opportunities. 2.5 hours per week, start date from 26/06/2026; shift pattern involves Friday work; salary £12.71 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required
- Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
- Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
- Full driving license
