Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a digital and in-store following. Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and manage price markdowns to keep the department customer-ready. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts. Work with the team to maintain a customer-ready environment through light cleaning and merchandising tasks. Perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, handling bulky items and lifting up to 25 pounds. Maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs, occasionally performing duties in other departments as required.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
