Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising to keep the department ready. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and offer the best service on customers' terms. This role requires flexibility to occasionally perform duties in other departments and involves continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including lifting items up to 25 pounds. - Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
