Job Summary
Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets while supervising daily location operations. Supervise hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure consistent customer service, strong sales results, and quality store operations. Achieve location goals by coaching team members to meet Key Performance Indicators and maintain staffing through retention, recruiting, and development. Build a steady client base through ethical practices, establish business accounts via community events, and maintain a clean, safe environment through inventory counts and merchandising. Uphold legal requirements and enforce operational policies while staying current on technical knowledge through workshops and publications. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Must be able to handle display materials and merchandise
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
