Job Summary
Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience while supervising daily location operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching staff. Achieve location goals by developing team members to meet Key Performance Indicators and build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices. Maintain a clean, safe store environment via inventory counts, device securing, and merchandising, while enforcing operational policies and complying with legal requirements. Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events outside the store.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
