Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager responsible for coaching and developing a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. Oversees daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching; drives KPI achievement; builds a loyal client base through ethical practices; coordinates community events with AT&T Signature team; ensures store standards, inventory integrity, and policy compliance; maintains professional knowledge through ongoing training and workshops; offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, bonuses, benefits, and career growth opportunities. Key duties include staff development, achieving location goals, staffing through recruiting and retention, customer-centric sales approaches, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
