Job Summary
Coach and develop a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience while supervising daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, and enforcing operational policies. Achieve location goals by recruiting, retaining, and training staff to meet Key Performance Indicators and build a steady client base through ethical business practices. Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature to hold community events outside the store. Maintain a clean, safe environment through inventory counts, device securing, and merchandising in adherence to company standards. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and stay informed through professional workshops and networking.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
