Job Summary
Lead a retail team by supervising daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching associates to exceed sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service. Achieve location goals through targeted performance coaching while building a loyal client base via ethical business practices and community partnerships with AT&T Signature. Ensure store compliance by enforcing operational policies, conducting inventory counts, securing devices, and adhering to safety standards. Maintain staffing levels through retention strategies and continuous training development.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
