Job Summary
Lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets by supervising daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching retail associates. Achieve location goals through targeted coaching and development while maintaining staffing via retention, recruiting, and training initiatives. Build a steady client base using ethical practices and establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events. Ensure a clean, safe store environment through inventory counts, device security, and merchandising adherence to company standards. Uphold the location's reputation by enforcing operational policies and complying with legal requirements. Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops and networking.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around, moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to balance on ladders
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
