Job Summary
Coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to exceed sales targets and maintain a best-in-class customer experience. Supervise daily location operations by managing hiring, scheduling, and retention while enforcing operational policies and legal compliance. Build a steady client base through ethical practices and establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature for community events. Maintain a clean, safe store environment via inventory counts, device security, and merchandising adherence to standards. Achieve location goals by coaching team members to meet Key Performance Indicators and attend educational workshops to stay current on technical knowledge. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk around
- Move about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
