Job Summary
Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets while supervising daily location operations. Coach associates to achieve Key Performance Indicators, maintain staffing through recruiting and retention, and build a steady client base via ethical business practices. Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature for community events, enforce operational policies, and ensure a clean, safe store environment through inventory counts and merchandising. Uphold legal requirements and stay current on technical knowledge through workshops and professional networks. Requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
