Job Summary
Lead a retail team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets by supervising daily operations, hiring, scheduling, and coaching associates. Achieve location goals through targeted coaching on Key Performance Indicators while maintaining staffing via recruitment, retention, and training. Build a loyal client base using ethical practices, establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature for community events, and ensure a clean, safe store environment through inventory counts and merchandising. Enforce operational policies, comply with legal requirements, and stay current with technical knowledge via workshops and professional networks.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
