Job Summary
Coach and develop team members to achieve location sales targets and Key Performance Indicators while supervising daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, and training. Build a steady client base through ethical practices and establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature for community events. Maintain a clean, safe store environment via inventory counts, device securing, and merchandising, while enforcing operational policies and legal compliance. Lead recruitment and retention efforts to sustain location staffing.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
