Job Summary
Lead and train a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets by coaching Retail Sales Associates, supervising daily store operations, and driving strong KPIs. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, developing and coaching staff; achieving location goals; maintaining staffing levels; building a steady client base through ethical practices and community engagement; partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events; ensuring store compliance and safety; enforcing policies and procedures; staying informed on professional and technical knowledge through workshops and networking; and facilitating ongoing training and development. Strong base pay with uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
