Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager at My Wireless (AT&T Authorized National Retailer). Lead and coach store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, exceed sales targets, and supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, coaching, inventory, and policy adherence. Build a steady client base through ethical practices and community engagement, partner with AT&T Signature team on events, and ensure compliant, safe store operations. Benefits include base pay with uncapped commission, paid training, healthcare, 401(k), vacation, and employee discounts. Requires 1 year of management experience and 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; strong communication, organization, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible hours; bilingualism preferred. Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
