Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager responsible for coaching and developing a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class customer service and achieve sales targets. You will supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, staffing, training, development, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experience, strong sales results, and compliant store operations. Key duties include coaching team to meet KPIs, maintaining staffing through recruitment and retention, building client base through ethical practices, partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, enforcing operational policies, ensuring legal compliance, and pursuing ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, customer-centric selling, performance management, team development, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The position offers base pay with uncapped commission/bonus potential, ongoing training, and full benefits. Must meet minimum qualifications including 1 year of management and 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; flexible hours; and high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
