Job Summary
Coach and develop a team of sales associates to exceed sales targets and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Supervise daily location operations, including hiring, scheduling, recruiting, and enforcing operational policies to ensure quality store standards and legal compliance. Build a steady client base through ethical practices and establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature for community events. Maintain inventory, secure devices, and manage merchandising while adhering to company standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
- Bilingual
