Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager at My Wireless/AT&T Authorized National Retailer leading and coaching a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class customer service and to consistently exceed sales targets. Responsible for supervising daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching staff; achieving location KPIs; building a loyal client base through ethical, customer-centric practices; partnering with AT&T Signature for community events; maintaining store standards, inventory, and merchandise; enforcing policies; and pursuing ongoing professional development and growth opportunities. Includes base pay with uncapped commission/bonus, ongoing training, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
