Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals by providing quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Handle cash, accurately enter system data, and contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms. Hire and develop the branch team, manage staff to ensure targets are met, and audit documentation for accuracy. Ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed at the 4725 - 65 St location. This role requires a minimum of one year in management or team lead roles with financial services and sales experience. Candidates must be sales-driven, possess cash handling skills, and hold a high school diploma. First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
Required Qualifications
