Retail Sales Manager in Training

Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment, leading by example to meet personal sales expectations and productivity goals. Establish clear objectives for Team Members, provide coaching and feedback, and assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses. Maintain an impeccably clean environment, manage inventory, generate sales reports, and ensure proper staffing levels while controlling labor costs. Work nights and weekends in a 5-day week with 35 to 45 hours per week. This role supports Sun Tan City's mission to help clients find confidence within its family-owned tanning salon chain.
