Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager role responsible for leading and coaching the footwear department team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include delivering budgeted sales, overseeing staff scheduling to maximize floor coverage, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing Host Store and concession relationships, developing the department in line with consumer demands, monitoring CRM and client books, training and developing the team, and achieving sales-related KPIs including retention, productivity, and payroll targets. Requires senior-level experience, proven leadership, P&L accountability, and a background in luxury fashion/footwear brands.
Required Qualifications
- Currently working at Senior Manager within a high turnover business
- Experience of managing large teams
- Prior history of P&L accountability and driving bottom line contribution
- Proven ability to drive performance through people
- Excellent at building internal and external relationships
- Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand - luxury experience preferred
- Representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way
