Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager leads store success by driving sales, managing operations, compliance, and shrink while upholding integrity and ethics. Responsibilities include delivering sales metrics, engaging customers with needs-based questions, recommending product and service solutions, preparing price estimates for installations, providing regular updates on work progress, and participating in merchandising and seasonal strategy. The role includes recruiting and coaching associates, scheduling to meet customer needs, involvement in community brand activities, and maintaining high facility and sales-floor standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and 3-5+ years retail management experience, 21+ years of age, strong written and verbal communication, leadership and coaching abilities, planning and organizational skills, flexibility to work a variable schedule, occasional overnight travel, proficiency with Windows-based software, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
