Job Summary
Coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets. Supervise daily location operations by managing hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure strong sales results and quality store standards. Achieve location goals through ethical business practices that build a steady client base, while partnering with AT&T Signature for community events. Maintain a clean, safe environment via inventory counts, device security, and merchandising adherence to company policies. Enforce operational procedures and comply with legal requirements to uphold the location's reputation. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar field
- 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
