Job Summary
Lead the sales team (account managers and customer service team) to achieve established goals, develop and execute sales strategies to support company growth, drive retail sales, recruit/hire/train the sales roster, coach the team, monitor KPIs, and travel to maintain relationships with key customers. Represent the company at conferences and trade shows, oversee product pricing and special quotations, propose rebate programs, provide market analysis and sales forecasts, and coordinate with production scheduling. Initiate changes in operational processes to increase sales. Requires 5+ years of sales management experience in building materials and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
