Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager responsible for leading tire and automotive service sales in a fast-paced shop. Greet customers, assess needs, recommend tires and services, and manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts. Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time; track inventory and assist with tire stocking; maintain organized point-of-sale displays; perform opening/closing duties and basic shop support (e.g., tire mounting and balancing). Lead by example to ensure a clean, organized, customer-focused showroom and service environment; multitask to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and operational priorities; apply automotive product knowledge to assist customers with tire selection, alignment needs, and vehicle maintenance recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management
- Automotive repair industry experience preferred
- Valid Drivers’ Licenses
