Job Summary
Loss Prevention Lead responsible for deterring shoplifting, mitigating losses, and executing operational programs. Will model customer engagement to detect theft, comply with Engaging Law Enforcement procedures, monitor safety and MES adherence, assist in investigations, and create an inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include detailed incident reports in LPMS, coordinating with local authorities, conducting MES sweeps and fittings room checks, and providing training to teammates while supporting Shrink Coach initiatives. Must be able to walk the sales floor, stockrooms, and offices, and adeptly de-escalate confrontations. Emphasizes customer service, policy compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to safety standards. Targeted pay range: $19.50-$28.50 per hour; actual rate may vary by location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred
