Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest feedback on style and fit, while cultivating a digital and physical following. Manage department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and leveraging networking to drive sales. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and working a flexible schedule based on business needs. Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
