Retail Sales Leader - Front End

Deliver exceptional customer service and execute brand standards by observing in-store interviews, building a strong team, and planning 30-day workforce schedules with the Assistant Store Manager. Strategically delegate tasks based on priority, uphold merchandising and presentation standards, and coach teammates on company procedures, programs, and the "why" behind daily processes. Provide hands-on guidance on loss prevention, Protection Plans, and scorecards while fostering an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected. Adhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand, lift up to 35 lbs, and work at heights.
