Job Summary
Lead in-store operations and brand standards by directing teammates, managing 30-day workforce plans, and executing daily assignments. Conduct hands-on coaching on procedures like Protection Plans and Loss Prevention while supporting hiring through interviews and department tours. Uphold merchandising, signage, and inventory presentation standards across the store floor. Foster an inclusive environment by connecting with every teammate, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
