Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards by managing in-store operations, merchandising, and inventory presentation. Lead a team by observing interviews, conducting tours, and providing hands-on coaching on procedures like Protection Plans and loss prevention. Plan and align workforce schedules 30 days out to execute daily assignments and store events. Prioritize coaching teammates on company programs while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and safe. Adhere to safety policies, standard operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to support the store's goals.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
