Lead the in-store team by delivering exceptional customer service, observing interviews, and building a people-first culture through direct connection with teammates. Plan and control the 30-day schedule with the Assistant Store Manager, aligning workforce needs to execute daily assignments, game plans, and store events. Delegate tasks based on priority, uphold merchandising and presentation standards, and coach employees on company procedures, Protection Plans, and loss prevention. Provide hands-on training for onboarding and cross-training while ensuring brand standards are met across the store. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing or walking for extended periods while adhering to safety and confidentiality policies.
