Preferred qualifications include bilingual Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers directly and guiding less-experienced team members
- Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, holidays, occasional overtime—and to support nearby store locations as assigned by management
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English
