Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead at The Salvation Army ARC Thrift Store (Oracle location) working part-time with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales, and mentoring program Beneficiaries through Work Therapy Assignments. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations, scheduling and supervising staff, monitoring KPIs to maximize profitability, maintaining merchandising and donation standards, handling cash and security, and fostering a positive team environment aligned with ARC and organizational policies. Requires HS diploma/GED and at least 1 year retail experience; supervisory experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, customers and donors; physical ability to perform routine store tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED – required.
- Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.
