Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering brand standards, directing teammates, and shaping the customer experience. Works with Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to plan and execute daily operations, staffing, training, and coaching; mentors and develops teammates, helps with interviews and onboarding, and ensures adherence to floor sets, merchandising, pricing changes, and loss-prevention practices. Builds an inclusive, high-performing team culture, motivates staff, and drives a strong customer-first environment while aligning daily tasks with store goals and brand expectations.
Required Qualifications

- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
