Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at Fabletics, you will provide an exceptional retail store experience, actively engage customers on product knowledge and foster a culture of growth and teamwork alongside the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include driving customer engagement, training associates on performance expectations, maintaining store merchandising standards, and achieving sales goals while ensuring safety and security standards are met. Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum work experience within a retail environment
- Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle choices (e.g., Yoga, Cycling, Pilates)
- Prior retail management experience preferred
- Ability to socially interact with Customers and Employees
- Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends
