Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead responsible for enforcing sales strategies, leading store teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced mall setting. Develops product knowledge, coaches team members, and collaborates with Store/ District/ Regional Managers to achieve goals. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; acts as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and community engagement. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; proficient with Microsoft Office; capable of lifting up to 25 lb; and comfortable empowering others to achieve high-performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment.
