Retail Sales Lead Apparel

Lead in-store role responsible for executing brand standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding teammates. As the in-store expert of the department, the Lead supports staffing, coaching, onboarding, and cross-training, drives floor-set execution, merchandising standards, and inventory replenishment, and partners with store leadership to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while building a people-first culture. The role emphasizes leadership through example, collaboration, accountability, and the development of teammates to meet organizational goals and store recognition. Requires flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and physical ability to stand, lift 15-35 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive motions.
