Job Summary
Conduct daily in-store operations as the department expert, delivering customer service and directing teammates under Assistant Store Manager guidance. Plan and control 30-day schedules, align workforce needs, and execute daily assignments, game plans, and store events. Observe interviews, build hiring teams, and train new and current staff on company procedures, onboarding, and cross-training. Uphold merchandising standards, manage inventory presentation, and coach employees on Protection Plans, Scorecards, and loss prevention. Foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected while adhering to safety and confidentiality policies.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
