Job Summary
Conduct daily in-store operations by observing interviews, managing workforce planning for 30-day cycles, and executing brand standards including merchandising, signage, and inventory replenishment. Provide hands-on coaching to teammates on company procedures, loss prevention, and scorecards while building a people-first culture through cross-training and direct supervision. Uphold safety policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure all athletes and customers feel welcome and respected within the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
